Shipments and returns
HOW TO ORDER
To purchase items, add item(s) to cart simply fill in the order form accordingly. A payment invoice will be emailed to you to confirm the items of purchase. Please take time to carefully fill in the form with the correct details to avoid any misinformation and miscommunication.
Once you have been issued an invoice, payment is expected within 24 hours. Delay or non response from buyer will result in the order being void and the buyer blacklisted from future purchase from us. Please do note that we do take this seriously and would advise buyers to only send in the order form with confidence of purchasing. If for any valid reason you are unable to make payment within 24 hours, please do inform us beforehand.
If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours, please do email us at INFO@SCHWINGSCHWING.COM to inform us. Please also check your junk folders as it might sometimes end up there.
We only take in orders via the site. Any personal email, mobile or facebook messaging sales will not be entertained.
PAYMENT & SHIPPING DETAILS AND OPTIONS
Local buyers:
We accept direct and all interbank transfers to our POSB/DBS/UOB account as well as paypal transaction. We currently do not accept concealed cash for local orders. If you do not have a bank account to do a transfer, we recommend a cash deposit transfer at any POSB/DBS /UOB bank outlet. For all ATM transfers, a clear picture or scan of the transfer receipt is strictly needed to verify your payment. We are unable to verify your payment without this, thus we highly recommend that you keep the receipt till we have verified your payments successfully.
We mail all local postage via registered mail. A tracking reference will be email to you once the parcel has been mailed.
Self-collection is available only at our office in Singapore. Self collection is only possible on a Thursday between 2pm - 8pm. Do take note that all payments will have to be made first prior to meetups.
Door to door delivery is available on the same day or next day basis at a additional cost of SGD$15.
All packages are mailed out using the Singapore Post service, approximately 2 - 3 working days after payments.
Please note that all our packages are sent out properly packed and sealed, with our return address and any lost or damaged mail cannot be held responsible by us.
Parcels should reach the customers in a maximum of 5-6 working days after payments verification.
International buyers:
We ship worldwide (everywhere else)!
We only accept Paypal funds transfer payments. Please note that the USD and EUR prices stated on the site is calculated with an average rate, and is subject to change according to exchange rates at the time of purchase. All Paypal payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars.
For international orders, we ship via International registered air mail as well as Speedpost air courier (EMS). The rates are as mention below:

A tracking reference will be emailed once the parcel have been mailed. Please take note that we will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail and will refer to the local post, Singpost should situation arises.

International registered air parcels takes 10-18 working days to reach while Speedpost air courier (EMS) takes around 4-5 days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not do refunds, unless there has been a mistake in your order on our part, or in the event of defected items not due to mail and only if item is sold out.
Exchanges are ONLY possible due to fitting in terms of size and color however depending on the availability of stocks. These exchanges can only be made within a week from receipt of item/s and in brand new conditions.
For local exchanges, buyers are liable to pay for shipping the item back to the store. For international exchanges, buyers are liable to pay for both shipping the item back as well as the shipping of the exchange sizing back to them.
